NOT Recommended! Buy elsewhere. NOTE: Their (expensive and very nice) 'ELEMENT' Display system (frame) was *discontinued* in 2018. We bought ours in 2016, and were very happy with it! Until today. I called today to replace a missing part of the frame. Turns out, without this little curved aluminum tubing, our entire display is now trash! They chose NOT to offer replacement parts for the frame. Inexpensive aluminum tubing. They did not bother to get a source for frame parts. TODAY, the still sell Graphics for the frame, and they STILL do not tell you the frame is discontinued. 2 years ago, when we paid a lot of $ for a 2nd Graphic, would have been good to know we were investing in an obsolete product. They: should have sourced appropriate replacement parts to their (expensive) frame system. They: should inform customers when they are buying expensive parts for an obsolete, discontinued system. They: should at least, have a source for replacement parts. Failing to do that is horrible customer service, imho. If they sell very expensive trade-show displays, using 'proprietary' frame systems, they should support that product line and not leave past customers hanging out to dry.

8x10' and 8x20' Backlit Ensembles are a great value and quality. We're having a great experience at tradeshows using these 2 displays. We use certain graphics more than once and when we need a different graphic the Displayit staff make that an easy process - submit the graphic per spec with a little buffer time to use the shipping cost you want, they print and ship. Customer service - top-notch. I've called & emailed with questions and every person I've spoken to is very helpful (you know who you are - haha). I also needed a replacement part, no issues, they sent it out in time for our upcoming show. Shipping to destinations? Pay attention to how Displayit ships it - ship it that way. (Another review mentioned that theirs did not ship well - so far we've had good experience. )

Great experience and easy check-out process. Only thing I don't love is that you have to submit designs separately for the order - but that process was still very easy.
