The whole process with this company was outstanding. The communication was exceptional from design to questions to shipment. We ended up having to order just the frames and extra fabrics due to multiple shows in English and Spanish. We spoke to multiple customer servicer reps who were very helpful. For someone who's not the best assembling, I was able to do it alone, and was blown away by the quality.
Easy order and quick turnaround, will be using Displayit for any future booth needs.

NOT Recommended! Buy elsewhere. NOTE: Their (expensive and very nice) 'ELEMENT' Display system (frame) was *discontinued* in 2018. We bought ours in 2016, and were very happy with it! Until today. I called today to replace a missing part of the frame. Turns out, without this little curved aluminum tubing, our entire display is now trash! They chose NOT to offer replacement parts for the frame. Inexpensive aluminum tubing. They did not bother to get a source for frame parts. TODAY, the still sell Graphics for the frame, and they STILL do not tell you the frame is discontinued. 2 years ago, when we paid a lot of $ for a 2nd Graphic, would have been good to know we were investing in an obsolete product. They: should have sourced appropriate replacement parts to their (expensive) frame system. They: should inform customers when they are buying expensive parts for an obsolete, discontinued system. They: should at least, have a source for replacement parts. Failing to do that is horrible customer service, imho. If they sell very expensive trade-show displays, using 'proprietary' frame systems, they should support that product line and not leave past customers hanging out to dry.
