Still look for core refund on 4R160 transmisssion valebody how long should it be to see core charge refund . Sent back UPS over 2 week past?

The replacement lift pump works great, only issue being the bottom half(filter housing) is an old part number, and for a 2011-2015 f250. Not for a 2016, not a big deal, easy to swap that out.

Parts were oem and a decent price My biggest issue was how long it took it took to get them over days is rather poor Other than the delay I am satisfied

Ordered four caps, got three correct and one odd one. Contacted Directfactoryparts, they ask for a picture, sent picture, then I was ghosted. Very poor customer service. At least they could have replied to my follow up questions.
