Stop using the post office for shipping. This part went around the country to 7 or 8 different cities before it was delivered. I will always pay more money to have it delivered by FedEx.

The service person on my call was great. Would have given 5 stars but you all charge too much for shipping.

Parts were received but was disappointed in lack of communication for delivery and length of time to get product being a couple of hours from distribution center.

You sold me a product you did not have in stock it was marked available which I now know is not the same thing but y'all ought to make it clear it could take over 2 weeks to get to me because I had a vehicle that needed fixing for a lot of work reasons and expected it to be delivered in the 3-4 days it said I could expect it to be delivered. I lost over 15,000 waiting on y'all to get the parts and then ship them to me. If I had know it would take that long I would have ordered from somewhere else and not missed out on the work. The only reason I gave 2 stars is cause the parts worked but y'all need to be a lot more precise about what you have and when it will get here with stuff like this.

Part was exactly what I ordered. . however had to wait a long time before delivery. Ordered on March 22…. delivered on April 3. 11 days . . from St. Louis to Yukon,OK. ???

I ordered the reflector for the wrong side. Need to return and reorder the correct one.
