The small issue I had was in not realizing that the two different parts ordered were placed together in the box in which the shocks shipped. It wasn’t until I emptied all packaging out to the boxes that each bushing was found in the bottom of each box. Thank you.

I had been struggling for some time, including through local Honda Dealerships, to find a reasonable price of a replacement spare tire cover for my Civic Sport. Other sellers' prices were sometimes reasonable, but shipping ended up being more costly than the item itself. DirectFactoryParts had a reasonable price but also charged a reasonable shipping charge. The product arrived well packed within a week. It was OEM and perfect fit. I am very happy with my experience.

I bought the splash guard and it was priced really great. I got it, realized that I bought it by mistake because it wouldn’t fit my truck due to it being lifted. I wrote. Got one response that said call a number. Called, it said user was unavailable. I left my info to call back. Called every day and got the same unavailable. Then wrote an email with no response. Feel completely ghosted and abandoned by DirectFactoryParts. Great prices but most likely won’t buy anything again.

I ordered genuine Toyota cabin air filters. The filters were definitely the correct part and genuine Toyota. However, it was clear whomever packed the air filters was having a bad day. The box of air filters was jammed in a box that was too small for the filters. Although the filters were not ripped, I had to spend a good half hour bending the filters back into a reasonable shape so they would seal in the housing. Because they were genuine I'll give this supplier another chance the next time I need OEM parts.

The fan assembly I ordered showed up broken and no one will respond to my calls or emails to mitigate the problem. I’ve submitted pictures multiple times. I am not one to complain but this has been a horrible experience.
