Ordered the part I it was shipped without hesitation, received and installed work perfect. Genuine Ford part. The only drawback was the delay in the part handling from USPS, very inadequate, tracking was good, but 7 days in transit Missouri to Ohio, maybe winter weather delay. Highly recommend Direct Factory Parts, pricing real good.

I ordered a part on a Saturday and email said they would send email with tracking info when they sent out part allow 2-3 days if ordered on weekend. Will 5 days went by and nothing so person on phone with me went to check and said my order paperwork was lost back there in shipping room but everything is good should get email by end of the day. I did get a email so waited 24 hrs for USPS to update for 4 more days it showed label created waiting to pick up, so I called again and was to package was sent out. 4 days later I get it So over 2 1/2 weeks to get.

I say its okay instead of great because I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still took over a week for it to get shipped and almost 2 weeks for it to arrive. The extra charge for faster shipping should not be an option if it is still going to take several days for processing. This almost cost me a customer.

Was skeptical about price as it was 20-40% less than dealer, even with the costco 15% off, but shipped on time and parts are OEM. Box was little work but parts were safe inside (was metal shielding / skid plates for expedition upgrades) Will deff use in future

The part I ordered was on backorder, after several fulfillment changes they asked if I wanted to keep waiting. By then I had found the parts elsewhere and told them to cancel the order. A week later they shipped me the parts I told them to cancel.

I supplied them with the make, model, & VIN, but wrong part number. They did send the part requested even though it did not fit my vehicle. Therefore, I sent it back and received a refund promptly when requested.
