Product was great, delivered timely . We will definitely use this product again

I’ve used Easy Tint from Direct Colors on several concrete projects, and the results have been outstanding every time. The color is rich and consistent, application is straightforward, and it blends evenly without streaking. It gave my concrete a professional, high-end appearance while being easy enough for a DIY project. The coverage was excellent, and the finished look exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Easy Tint to anyone looking to enhance the appearance of their concrete with a durable, beautiful finish.

My order was missing a few items. I received a call and the issues was resolved immediately. The remaining items were shipped out right away. I am happy with the customer service and products.

Shipping was quick. I actually had a question and called in and got to talk to a real knowledable person.

It was great. Your specialist team are great .

Shipping was quick but again, the product was not effective or as marketed.

Professional service

The product appears to have worked as advertised. The ordering process was frustrating. I provided my coverage requirements is square feet. DC told me I would need two quarts of stain and one gallon of sealer. As it turned out the two quarts was not enough. I had to purchase a full gallon when I only needed one quart, almost an additional $100. I asked for help on the cost which was denied. Then i went to put on the sealer and found that the plastic seal on the opening had fallen off and mixed with the sealer. I told DC and they told me to use a filter. After looking at the cap it looks like the loaded the container when it was hot and when it cooled down a vacuum was created inside the container sucking the seal in the container.

Easy to apply but I feel like I should have used more than one jar. This is my mistake and nothing to do with proruct quality

These pics do not even do the counter justice! Its totally true to an avocado color!

Really great! Good idea of what I wanted

I have used this products on a few projects, it has turned out great every time. Customer service was spot on as well.

products and follow up

Service was awesome! Had an issue with delivery service but Stephen sent out the missing item right away. The product is also great! Ended up rolling it on. Used the Silver gray with satin seal and added the oxigrip anti slip. There’s more grip now than when it was unsealed. By rolling, had to come up with method to properly add the oxigrip but overall not much of a problem. Great product! Highly recommend.

Love our floors and the fact that we could do it ourselves! We had a few lessons learned along the way, but overall, we are so pleased with the results.

Easy to get hold off, knowledgeable about the product, speeding delivery

Orders and shipping process excellent. Stain absorbed immediately but 2 coats did not result in totally black concrete

Took the time to research and provide valuable feedback for my specific situation

So far this product is performing as advertised. Very happy so far. I’ll see how it performs over the summer.
