Shipping was fast. The company has a lot of different ways to offer help. Love this company. It's rare when you see a business actually care about customer service these days.

Service was great, Materials were delivered in a timely manner. I selected 3 colors for this project, I ordered the EverStain, Seagrass, Coffee Brown, and Malayan Buff. I had a little over 1200 sqft to stain. The problem I had was with the Ace brand Deck and Bleach sprayer. The acid ate up the chrome/brass internal shut off valve, So, all I could do was to spray the seagrass and wait until my 2 new sprayers came in to finish the job. I will add a couple of before and after photos. Its the best I could do having to wait a week between stains applications.

I bought two starter kits and refinished 12 concrete stepping stones bordering a backyard pond, and concrete pavers bordering an adjacent terrace. I ended up mixing color from the three tints I purchased. Application was easy and finished product very satisfying. Will be back with other projects in future. Quite satisfied with product, shipping and customer service was exemplary. Thank you.

Thrilled with quality of product and outcome of my patio. I was able to consult with a live wonderful person who talked through my situation. They even noticed I had ordered two different products and called me because they wanted to ensure they weren’t mixed together! Everything packed securely and arrived quickly. My patio of old concrete pavers came out beautifully with a marblized effect and have recieved much praise!
