Since this is brand new concrete, We needed to clean and etch first. Unfortunately there is no trial version of those products. Even buying the full items we had to do some mad science unit conversions, teaspoons to grams of a crystalline powder to mix up trial sizes of the etch to prep the surface. Graduating the label and leaving a little peak window on the 2 containers would help people make less than a full gallon of the product. We also cannot tell the difference between the satin and the gloss aqual seal finish.

The product didn't work for my application. I wound up with stuff I cannot use. It is impossible to call you on the phone and have someone answer. Thank you.

Customer service has been great! We were able to do the stain ourselves with no issues. I also used their chatbot to find out about cleaning and they were very helpful.

Pigments are great, but unfortunately the new way of packaging them in paper bags is extremely messy. I am not a fan of the paper bags for the 1 lb pigment orders. I really appreciated when they used to be packaged in plastic bags.

The Aztec Brown Antiquing stain has too much red as compared to the last 3 years. That is with 3 coats and the same type deck sprayers as last year.
