Caveat emptor (buyer beware!) . . I was glad to find a site offering wide selection of high quality products at reasonable prices, and intended to source everything I could from DP for my new construction, including all bathrooms, etc. -- thousands of dollars of product. I placed an initial order and am glad I tested things out with this smaller order first. While the other bathroom parts were in new packaging and in good shape, I was unfortunately shipped a shower valve that had obviously been returned by someone before me, as the RMA sheet was still in the box, the product was missing parts, and it was damaged. I was outside the 48-hour window for return when I discovered this (we all get busy!). Now I have a $100 useless part that won't be accepted as a return or exchange. I will use other vendors to outfit the rest of the build.

Decor Planet is a great company. They are kind, timely and professional. If anything should go awry-- they will make it right. Somehow my vanity top did not arrive at the same time -- but all was resolved well and in an expedited manner. I did not lose time on the reno. I'm very pleased with Decor Planet and would used them again.

Despite this product taking FOREVER to come in, I appreciate how Decor Planet kept in touch with updates.

I tried calling right after I bought the vanity for some reason they changed the shipping address. I need to change the shipping address and there was no one to communicate with.
