Very impressed with packaging. The cabinet samples had dust and small scratches and smudges. Concerned how the actual cabinets will stay clean and scratch free. Have to think more before I purchase them

Been using Decor-Planet for several bathroom renovations and each time, they've provided excellent service and great pricing.
Work/order process works great!
I ordered a shower door that lead me to believe that it would be shipped in 3 days and when i called to check on the status, the door was not in stock and estimated "back in stock" was 5 weeks out. That did not work as the project had to be finished in a timely manner. The team found another door that would ship but not the door a wanted. The shipping information was misleading.

I ordered my mirror in July. It is now September and the expected ship date has passed without any updates. Starting to think this company is a fraud.

I love this site. I had been looking for a specific shower panel and was able to find it quickly and check out was a breeze.
The order placed with Decor Planet was a positive experience. The vanity arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. It is a gorgeous, well made vanity.

The communication and apparent quality of the towel rack is great. One issue: There is no installation template for the towel rack to be installed. With super high tolerances, this is disappointing. There should be a to-size mounting template with the product. Still, the fit and finish are perfect, thus the high review.
