Great so far, but I am curious what the follow through will be as I have placed several orders of the same sink with two other companies that have not arrived in one piece.

I have been trying to find out when the shower base will be delivered. I see nothing on it.

Takes forever to ship a product. Need to worn about the slow production delays before placing the order. Would of purchased it from someone else if I knew it would take this long

We received our order and there was some damage, the process to contact decoplanet was easy and response was quick. We have the replacement parts on the way

I was transferred to India. Customer service that checked on everything and sent me an email to follow up. It was pleasant.
