I submitted my order online. I was initially annoyed when I received an email stating that my order was on hold since billing address and shipping address differed. When I called to clarify they indicated that the shipping address didn’t exist. I made an error. Furthermore, the item needed accessories which I failed to ordered and they ensured a complete order

Nice selection of merchandise. Prices can't be beat! BUT I registered on the website, started receiving a slew of emails reminding me I left items in my cart; yet when I tried repeatedly to make the purchase the site kept telling me I didn't have an account! When I tried to register AGAIN, I was told you already have an account???? Finally called the customer service number and was told "if you're receiving emails, you have an account" but he couldn't find it either! END RESULT: The rep registered me ANDVtook the order over the phone. . . ALL GOOD!

I made my purchase 5/4, estimated delivery 5/12. Checked status this morning 5/9, estimated shipping is 5/14. I think it's really slow.

Was having issues trying to order on line when I called instead of trying to figure it out. The gentleman who answered saw exactly what my issue was “operator error”.
