Our ceiling was a mess. The tiles arrived in a flash. Before we got started we watched a couple videos on how to install the decorative ceiling tiles. Two of us worked in tandem, and had the ceiling finished in a couple days, a total of about 8 hours. The crown molding was equally easy to install. Be sure to watch some videos on cutting the inside and outside corner angles. It looks fabulous, and we couldn't be more satisfied.

I need a replacement a shower panel and Darian was extremely responsive and efficient to satisfy my needs.

I’m giving this website two stars because it lacks a crucial feature: the ability to view retail prices online. Currently, you have to call to get a price, which they claim is due to varying shipping costs. However, providing a simple price calculator based on factors like type, height, width, color, and finish texture would allow potential customers to quickly assess if the product fits their budget. This would streamline the process, qualify prospects upfront, and save your team from unnecessary phone calls while improving the user experience. The constant push to call or schedule an appointment feels like an outdated barrier to purchase.

Not sure howvI came out and if I was reimbursed for defective batch. Tiles are beautiful, but not a job I would ever consider again. Nice folks. Last batch was mostly white, not very mottled, but I am done and pleased.

The shipping was great. good looking tiles easy to install.
