I seriously cannot say enough positive things about this Company and it’s Customer Service employees. You are doing yourself an absolute injustice by f you didn’t buy from them.

Dawna is top notch, very communicative and friendly. The reason I didn't give five stars isn't her fault, but the shipping. It doesn't show on the website that the product was coming from India, so it created a delay we were not expecting.

If not for customer support this would be a 1 STAR. The tile I chose was not “fire” safe and they had already prepared the shipment. They were able to stop the shipment and I chose a tile that was perfect for our needs.

DCT has a great product material is easy to work with and apply.

We bought ceiling tiles for our kitchen and love how they turned out . Easy to order and shipping was fast.

The warehouse messed up my order and caused some unwanted scheduling costs but. . . . . Darian and Dawna worked to get it rectified and provided great customer support even though it wasn't their mistake. Dawna is great at what she does. She was calm, courteous and very good at deescalating an unhappy and stressed customer (me). Kudos to them and consideration towards rewarding them for what they do and how they do it.

I contacted your office a couple of days ago and left a message. Dawna contacted me a short while later and promptly assisted me with placing an online order. I'm grateful for the quick response & assistance.
