The project turned out perfect and Aly Ynoa is the consummate professional. She was a great advisor & helped us manage and make crucial decisions throughout the project!! Over 950 sq ft of ceiling tiles were installed!

i got confused during the order process and i realized it when they sent the order confirmation so i emailed customer service and explained what i had done and what i intended to buy. they changed the order for me and shipped the item i wanted. so appreciate that.

The texture & color of these shutters are perfect! They are a shockingly light foam-like material; I can literally hold them with just 2 fingers! That surprised me a bit, but the front design is gorgeous & the lightness will make them super easy to install. We’ll see how well they hold up over the years! The only “complaint” I have is the unfinished (but same color) edges exposing the foam-like material. I do wish they were finished with same texture as the front, but in all honesty I do not believe it will be noticeable once installed. I’m just trusting their word on the high-performance materials that make these “last longer” than solid wood or metal. I hope edges don’t get exposed to elements & start breaking down! Also, they had GREAT customer service! They gave same day response with clear details/answers when I reached out to inquire about order status! It wasn’t super fast shipping, but having the expectation that every online order will get delivered like Amazon, within 2 days, is not realistic! I ordered 3 sets of shutters on 4/22/26 & they were delivered on 5/6/26. Excited to install them on the house.

Live person and answered all my questions on install on specific ceiling and told me about the samples in which I did order so I could see.
