The guy putting up our tile at the new office measured wrong and ordered WAY more than we needed. I made a phone call late on Friday and talked to the nicest person. Although it was late in the day, she notified the warehouse so as soon as they came in on Monday, they would know the order was cancelled. She got the refund issued and ordered the correct amount. I didn't have to do anything. She was so kind and helpful. When we do our addition, we will be buying from here again. The tiles are beautiful but the customer service is amazing! Thank you!

The customer service was excellent. Quick responses to emails. Lots of choices for ceiling tiles. But with that said, while there were many choices and great customer service, I couldn't afford the cost of the tiles. That's the only reason I chose good instead of great!

The products sold by this company are amazingly helpful for DIY remodeling projects. We have used ceiling tiles, wood look ceiling planks, crown molding, wall treatments, and most recently, a 22’ beam in our living room. The finished look is great and the installation process is straight forward. We like the added benefit of not adding a lot of weight to the ceilings.
