Falsely advertised and many Californians have been affected by these modified California built bikes. After asking about the concern, the rep slapped on a snippet of the California legal code like I was supposed to research it prior to me buying this bike. To be able to connect the bike with the app and go through the process of unlocking the off road mode and having to waste my time figuring out why the bike was jerking on mode 4 is beyond cruel. Completely insulted by the way they handled this. To top it off the bike came with a wrong battery key and it took days to receive. This was a birthday gift that went completely sideways. I don’t want an apology, I want immediate solutions on how this company will make it right. Telling me that I can get a refund if I get the bike to the warehouse in one piece is not the solution. How can you justify the price if you receive less than what was advertised? Nobody in their right mind will make the effort to disassemble , repackage and ship the bike at their expense.
