We picked it up not far from our house where there’s a dealer. Happy to have someone who can fix any issues we may have nearby.

Never again when I don't get what I spent few thousand dollars on it just saying buyers beware frfr it's been like 4 months of more back n forth

Shipping was fine. Not sure how good customer service is yet because I still have a front brake problem, but it has only been a few days since I reported the problem.

Company seems to make great products. Wish they had the Grom available but I will wait a little longer to decide on purchasing that or not.

Fantastic work from coustomer service, and the bike is but to a high standard

only complaint is I wish it was here faster!

Service was excellent. One of the brackets that holds the display was broken and Volcon shipped out a replacement right away. Customer service was quick to respond, when I told them about the bracket.
