In the end, my experience Custom Frame Solutions was good. Despite its unusually large size, my frame turned out to be fine and is currently hanging on the wall the way I always envisioned it. However, it took too much back-and-forth with customer service who showed little interest in being helpful. I had to compensate with my own engineering, not to mention money, to make the whole thing work. Thank you.
