Frame was good fit in good condition

Arrived in time, just what I expected. It was easy to assemble, the hardware kit that came with the frame I ordered allowed for easy and secure fastening of the painting.

Frames are fantastic, would have been nice to get all the extras. I had to order the glass separately. Now I have to go out and get a few more things to hold everything in place and hang 2 pictures.

My custom frame arrived quickly and was just what I ordered. It was easy to put together and looks great.

The frame is beautiful! The 45 degree cuts all have chips and one cross bar had some chips on it. The delivery box was perfect so I think is was shipped that way.

We received two oak frames that were perfectly what we requested. Shipped very carefully. We requested them made to outside dimensions, as they’re being used for custom stereo component hinged doors, to which we attached fabric instead of artwork so the remotes would still pass their signals through to the components. bought along with the frame and it included everything I needed to secure the canvas to the frame, add D-rings and wire, as well as wall hook/nail for hanging. Purchased for a commissioned artwork to provide ready to hang piece to client.

The frame looks great. The problem is that it didn’t come with clips to hold the glass, art and mat backing in place. I had to use finishing nails hammered into the frame to hold everything in place.

It’s a beautiful frame, but the wood is soft, the finish brittle. The customer service however is off the charts good, I would give them a “Great” 5 star.

Fit perfectly. Very happy with it

I ordered two of the CFSX460-60 frames, the non glare plexiglass and the foam board backers. These frames came fully assembled, wrapped with the plexi and foam backers together. The packaging was very professional, all tucked into a heavy duty cardboard box wrapped in bubblewrap. They looked beautiful when they arrived. Both were cut to 35 1/2"×24". I am ordering more. These are for signed and limited edition prints.
