A great company! Dependable and communicative. The problem was putting the frame together. The studs that connect the frame or difficult to insert. The frame broke. I had to glue it back together.

This frame is just what my painting needed. Actually, I received the order and the corners splintered. I sent photos of the situation and a replacement frame was delivered a week later. this time the corners did not splinter but they did not match up perfectly. Each corner had one side over hang about 1/16th" or less. I was able to use a dark blue marker to cover the raw wood. Although it isn't visible immediately, I'm not confident selling it this way. I think the machine needs to be set more precisely. This is why I only gave 4 stars. This is a tricky frame to cut and I do appreciate the quick replacement frame.

Every thing needed was in my bag making it very easy to complete framing and hanging my art work. I purchase my frames from Custom Frames because they are best and affordable.

All five of the frames I have purchased have been exceptionally high quality and add touch of class to each of my paintings. I highly recommend them.
