Coming from a former manager of a frame shop, I can say that this frame was cut perfectly, was easy to assemble and looked great on my needlepoint! For those who don’t have framing experience, it might be nice to include basic instructions… like, you need to glue the wood together before inserting the pins.

Frame arrived very well packaged and quickly. The quality of the frame was fantastic. Having purchased already assembled frames from Custom Frame Solutions in the past, I was hesitant to order a very large frame I needed to assemble myself. It was easy to do and the frame is fantastic!

This frame is gorgeous, better than I expected

The first frame I received was routed improperly in the corners so I could not put the frame together with the provided pegs. But after speaking with them, they did send a replacement and the new one worked just fine.
