Stunning product but be aware it does have a strong smell that dissipates over time from the leather tanning process. Might be intolerable for some but the quality of the product makes it worth the wait. Quick delivery and customer service were very clear and helpful in asking my question about the smell. Would recommend and would repurchase from them :)

Ordering was easy Delivery quick The smell of the ottoman was horrible. Had to leave it outside for 5 days.

Very happy with the service, all question pre and post purchase were answered promptly. The delivery time was as promised. The leather of the of the pouf had a very strong odour but after airing it for a couple of days the odour has almost gone.

The cushions are a lovely product. However I was disappointed that one came with a stain on the stitching and the other a knife cut on the leather panel. It’s not so bad to send back although I was a bit surprised that it wasn’t noticed in the packing.

Pouf arrived in good time. Communication with the company was very good and helpful. However there is a pen mark about 1 and a half inches long on the leather which I would imagine will be hard to remove. Hope I can get a swap.

The delivery of this item even with the current circumstances was exceptional as it arrived a couple days before the promised delivery date, perfect as I had ordered it as a last minute Christmas present. The quality is impeccable for the price, one loose thread near the zip but that was radioed cut off and hasn’t caused any further issues. The item does smell slightly but I put that on the fact it is genuine materials used to create the item and am hoping post waterproofing and wear it will fade

I have bought both the tan and the white poufs, and they look exactly like the pictures - gorgeous. The service from Cush & Co is fast and friendly. I highly recommend.

Beautiful ottomans look great and smell great in the home. I got rid of all my unwanted clothes, linen and towels stuffing them. Only negative comment was that the tan ottoman had a water stain on it, thankfully its on the underside

This is a quality cushion full of integrity - hubby said it looked & smelled like Morrocco 🤗 even he loves it (might need to get another one!?). I have filled it with two old pillows and some old towels, easy. Delivery was quick, even to regional WA. Thanks ☺️
