Very happy wth this cactus cushion cover. When delayed was contacted and after receiving it messaged them to say it was definitely worth the weight just beautiful

Very slow postage had to chase them. Unfortunately 4 months later still not being used because of the smell. The smell is so bad it's unusable. My dogs are barking at it because of the disgustingly strong smell, literally had to hide it from them. We've aired it outside for 4 months so far. Thinking of a way to treat it to get rid of the smell. I can't figure out how everyone has these in their houses with that smell. It also wasn't Mahogany colour, so I think they just sent me what they had. Very disappointed.

I was very happy to receive the Poufe I ordered. The colour and design was exactly as I expected and I am very happy with it. It was very clear to me that the poufe would not arrive filled but I chose not to purchase the polyester filling as Catherine advised that it would not fill the poufe to firmness I wanted. Overall, I am very satisfied with all aspects of this purchase, good communication, excellent product which I will enjoy for many years in fact I am sure it will outlast Me! Thank You Cush & Co

Absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship and quality are stunning and you can really see that they’re made from genuine leather. They add so much warmth and character to the space. Yes, they do have a strong ‘cow’ leather smell when first unpacked, but that’s simply because they’re real leather. I left mine outside for a week to air out and the scent faded naturally. For me, that just confirms the authenticity. So happy with them, highly recommend!

I ordered a Moroccan soft leather Ottoman and the leather yes is all very nice but what’s misleading is that you buy from a site thinking what’s going to come in the mail exactly what you see on the site however you have to go and find your own stuffing . I sent them an email to say how I felt and could they sell me some stuffing because I don’t have the time to go looking and I haven’t even received an email to acknowledge that so hence this is why I’m giving them a review, maybe I should give them two stars come to think of it.

I ordered the covers in July , still have not received them, I have emailed and sent messages a number of times and no one has bothered to reply to me , they are very expensive and I don’t mind paying if I actually receive them

The quality of this product is exceptional. I couldn't love it more. The sturdiness of the leather is outstanding and the craftmanship is beautiful. Even with my two dogs that jump on it daily, it has not one scratch or blemish. I highly recommend this product. Shipping was speedy as well; I received it in 2 days!
