I purchased and received 2 Tan Brown Round Tall Ottoman Leather Footstools around 3 September 2026. Whatever is used to treat the leather smells soo bad, I can't have them in my house. Contacted Cush & Co, as they emailed for a review prior to receipt of the products. Once received I immediately replied, it is now the 15 September 2026 and I have heard nothing from this company. Very poor customer service. Looking at the reviews I am not the only one with this issue.

Terrible smell I purchased 2 Tan Brown Round Tall Ottoman Leather Footstools. The smell is so bad I can’t have them in my house ! Whatever was used to process the leather is not great. They feel oily too. After searching Google on what to do - I have hung them under my alfresco (in the shade) since I received them 3 days ago. I feel I might have made a huge error in purchasing them……. . overall I am extremely dissatisfied. I did email you however have not heard back regarding this matter. Lisa Harman

Delivery was good. Design fault with the zipper able to scratch timber floors not so good. It will do, not sure if i'd order another unless I knew what the base was like.

Very slow postage had to chase them. Unfortunately 4 months later still not being used because of the smell. The smell is so bad it's unusable. My dogs are barking at it because of the disgustingly strong smell, literally had to hide it from them. We've aired it outside for 4 months so far. Thinking of a way to treat it to get rid of the smell. I can't figure out how everyone has these in their houses with that smell. It also wasn't Mahogany colour, so I think they just sent me what they had. Very disappointed.
