I purchased the gold cushion less than two years ago, I thought it was stunning and I still do. But the quality is shocking! I live alone, I don't have any children or pets and the cushion has hardly been used. And yet within less than six months the gold coating started flaking off. I emailed Cush & Co in May last year and received no reply. Since then it has continued to deteriorate. The gold is now peeling off in large clumps. I actually can't believe how poor the quality is from a supposedly reputable company. Very disappointing!

After taking a long time due to shipping delays? and no response to email enquiries, I have received the 2 pouffes that I ordered. I am pleased to say that I am very happy with them! They were packed well, the colour is great, and the workmanship quality is excellent! A great addition to my house.

Item took along time to arrive, email support was nonexistent, it is a very different colour to that described. More pink than tan, also offensively smelly leather. . hope the smell subsides

I purchased and paid for 2 plain Round pouffes on the 23rd October 2024 but have not received any more information as to when the order was or is due to be shipped. Please advise before I take it further.

The item looks great and I'm very happy with the craftsmanship. What I am not happy with is that the title of the item is very misleading. This is in fact not a _Leather Ottoman Pouffe_ but a _Leather Ottoman Pouffe Cover_. This means I now have to go through the process of ordering the filling which is more money and time than I originally was lead to believe.
