Amazing product. Just what I imagined it to look like.

I ordered an LED neon sign for my girls business and from order to delivery the whole process took about a month. I’d give 5 stars if they were a little more communicative on where they were at in the process, because these signs aren’t cheap and it’s stressful when you aren’t sure what your moneys going to, I never saw the final product until unboxing with my fiancé on her birthday… but the product worked and looked fantastic! I attached photos of the design I provided and the final product.

Cool sign, looks how I designed it, but the plastic backing came with pretty deep scratches in it. I probably just got unlucky. Otherwise good product.

I ordered a custom neon sign with my favorite quote and honestly, it came out even better than I thought. The colors look great and it adds a really nice vibe to my room. I was a bit unsure about the quality at first, but it's actually really sturdy and well done. I'm in Manhattan, and the delivery was quicker than I expected too. I'm already thinking about getting another one for my workspace.

I bought the horizontal open neon sign from crazy neon. I'm pretty happy with it. The colors are really bright and easy to see. The sign feels really well made.

Order shipped incorrectly and I was unable to receive it. First was overcharged for signs, requested to cancel order or best price guarantee and both refused. Then forced to pay extra for shipping that wasn’t needed that made the order ship too early to an address no one could receive it till the week delivery window I requested the order be shipped. A whole week later. Don’t make the $900 mistake I made - filing with PayPal and will file with BBB and small claims court.

This sign is stunning. I had one made that is the cover of my book and I’m going to have one made for each cover. It’s truly beautiful.
