I ordered this sign as a Christmas gift for my husband he loves his new sign! It's bright it's beautiful the color is perfect the size is perfect! The only issue we noticed is the remote and the sensor seem to have issues working without the remote sensor the sign works great. Is there a way to get a new remote and sensor?

My custom neon sign was awesome. I was concerned that the LED NEON would not compare to actual gas neon signs. It is bright and the color is intense. Very pleased with the sign. Additionally, it came very fast. 2-3 days to create and final product arrived a week later - from INDIA no less! The packaging was creative to say the least - but it arrived undamaged.

These folks are truly very patient. They worked with me over several weeks with my custom design to get it to exactly how I wanted it. No hesitation at all. This will be my second time using crazy neon and probably will not be my last time.
