I don't typically write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others understand how this company operates. I'll keep this as concise as possible. I chose this company because they were located near another installation I was working on. After placing my order, I discovered that the products are manufactured entirely in India. I'm not certain whether their customer support is actually based in the United States, although it's possible. Before placing my order, I made it clear that I needed delivery within approximately 40–45 days, and they agreed to that timeline. I also provided specific dimensions and reference images for the signs I wanted quoted. During production, they reduced the size of one of the signs without notifying me. I eventually caught the mistake, but by then they wanted an additional $1,500–$2,000 to make it the size I originally requested. Communication declined significantly after the sale. Responses became slow or nonexistent, and I struggled to get basic information such as power requirements, mounting information, and installation drawings. The order ultimately arrived 5–7 days later than promised, and one of the signs was cracked during shipping. On another sign, they changed the wording from what I had approved by removing a letter. Unfortunately, I missed that change during the review process, and the sign had to be remade. They did offer a small discount on the replacement, but if you follow the email chain, it's clear the artwork was changed after it had already been approved correctly. The cracked sign should have been put into production immediately, but it wasn't. They knew I needed to order the replacement neon sign as quickly as possible, yet it took nearly three weeks just to provide me with a price. Later, my customer requested additional decorative stars, macthing backlit channel letters I already installed. The stars were supposed to be yellow, red, and blue. Haven't got to hang it yet but plugged it in and it looks fantastic. Exactly what I was expecting. It was just a tad thicker than expected but the advantage is that it's not a flimsy as others I've had.

I love everything about the sign for my gym! The color is a golden yellow, it has multiple modes, and I can increase or decrease the brightness. I’m most impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The mounting is simple, looks nice, and the stability is impressive. I LOVE it!!!

We finally powered on the custom channel letters after installation and the first thing I noticed was how balanced and clean the lighting looked from every angle. The illumination gives the lettering a very polished architectural look and the glow around each element feels smooth and consistent throughout the entire sign. The face alignment, return depth, and spacing between each character all look carefully fabricated instead of mass produced. I was also impressed with how crisp the logo illumination stayed around the smaller details without any uneven lighting. Overall, the sign has a very professional finish and feels like a high-quality commercial build made with real attention to detail.

Just received our custom channel letter sign and the overall quality came out excellent. The letter depth, spacing, and lighting consistency all look professionally done and match the approved design very closely. I was especially impressed with how even the halo illumination looks across the full sign without any dark spots or uneven brightness.
