I received my parcel on time and it was well packed

I use the fragrances for candles making, I have tryed a few different fragrances from different company’s but really like these, they are strong and true to discription.

Delivery came really fast, my box contained bubblegum fragrance, pumpkin spice and lemon.2-out of 3 is not mad, not much into bubblegum.

Bought A3 cutting mat, quality mat at best price around and delivered the next day, what more can you ask.

Thought I'd try my hand at my own melts. Ordered my wax and scents which arrived really quickly. One scent was missing but after I spoke to staff they explained why and refunded me immediately for it. Very helpfull and friendly with all queries and offered advice. Will buy again.

Good service and great product quick delivery

I recently started a small business of making my own scented candles. A friend recommended this site I decided to try them and ordered 2kg wax (soy), wicks (50) in a bag, and four 10ml bottles of oils. The oils were divine! The bubblegum oil was a hit with my clients. The smell lingers on and on and they are unique. Not like the cheap ones you get in your regular stores. Very quick service, got a phone call from one of the staff to ask if I was happy with product- told her I had trouble with four of the wicks as they came off the metal ( I told her it may have been my fault). To my amazement she sent me a pack for free. Excellent service- I will surely order again and again and again.

Ordered fragrances. But through a mistake of mine they took a long time to turn up.and only because the post man new they were mine. Contacted customer service's but was really disappointed with your reaction. And response. Hence 3 stars. Fragrances are nice but I think a bit pricey.
