I've been really happy with all of my orders. All arrive promptly and correct with no issues at all.

I ordered a 500ml bottle of Cherry Mallow FO but when it arrived there was obviously a problem with the product as it had zero scent except for a faint chemical smell. I buy this FO regularly from other vendors and it has a really strong scent. They (a lovely lady called Maria) agreed a return and asked me to pay return postage (signed for) which she assured me would be refunded on receipt of the oil. I sent Maria a photo of the receipt for £4.10 and she agreed, again, that it would be refunded. Once the oil was received, I contacted Craftovator regarding the refund which they promptly processed. (Thank you.) However, the postal refund was not issued. They refuse to let you ask any questions on their FB page which might raise red flags to other buyers. Mistakes happen. Why shut down open communication unless they happen more regularly than you want to admit to? Long delivery times, a defective oil and the cost and inconvenience of having to return the product is the basis of my poor rating. My review would have been 5 Star for customer service if the postal refund had been honoured and if they had actually answered my query.

Fragrances which I have ordered have been of a high quality, great scents, long lasting and good value for money. I will be ordering regularly..thank you

ordered on the 3rd may, yes i knew it was out of stock, so surely since it was a pre-order the company could of paid a little extra to send tracked, any way, was apparently dispatched on the 18th May, we are now on the 27th, still no order, told to wait 10 days as they (they?!?!) Were advised by royal mail that due to the pamdemic, yes i agree that deliveries may take longer because of the pandemic, but when things ordered on Friday and posted with same delivery service arrive before this order it makes you wonder if posted at all, i mean there's no actual proof is there?? Anyway, dispute filed with my bank, as these fools don't respond to emails very fast

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Two orders posted 7th of April and 16th of April. Still not here today 12th of May and told out of their hands, nothing they can do. Didn’t reply to email I sent last week, could only get an answer from their eBay shop yesterday. Website clearly states European shipping 6-8 working days, not 24 working days! Anything else I’ve ordered from companies in England has been here in week with standard mail.

I'm new to candle making and found this company online and liked the buy 4 get one free offer, I love the smell of the oils I purchased, however one of the bottle tops was open causing it to leak into the packet so didn't really get one free !!

Just want to say what brilliant customer service this company has. I was even sent an item for free by express delivery to ensure it came for Christmas as there was a small mix up with enititial packaging. Products are amazing with such a wide range of fragrances, can't recommend this company enough! Been using for some time now and will not be changing.

Bought some of these a few days ago...they arrived Tuesday.id bought some from other online companies and was very disappointed with the quality of them....Some I could hardly smell, so was amazed when I opened the first bottle of these I'd bought.OMG! All I can say is there's just no comparison.i bought a lot of the jo malone type scents and they're amazing! Please, save your money and don't buy elsewhere, buy from this company and be assured you're going to get amazing quality items at great prices.

Very watery not pure for Eygbtian Amber oil..Fragrance not strong to last as pure oil ones should.Will keep my main supplier even if i pay double for it.. Service was good and fast. Just yhe item.eas to watery.
