Delivery arrived within the expected time. Took 4-5 days (3-4 working days) to reach me (Northern Ireland) which is the normal duration for deliveries from the mainland. Product itself was packaged well, with details on label of melting temps etc. Wax flakes were fine and melted easily, held scent very well, only issue was slight frosting. Have only recently used product so will test further, but very happy with initial result!

I recieved fragrances within scheduled time and more then happy by getting them , my order was consist of fruit fragrances, which I got good leaving 2, I.r mango and watermelon mango doesn't smell mango and watermelon feels cucumber other fragrances are good and some are great like grapefruit and cranberry peppermint.

Lovely fragrances especially mandarin, jasmine and honeysuckle. Apple pie fragrance wasn't as nice - a bit too sweet for my preference.

I find it so frustrating when I send an e-mail regarding an order I placed and get no response. Then I get an email asking to give a review!!! As you can imaging I am not happy at all. Can someone please contact me on 07548166901 to discuss. If not I will be proceeding to seek advise on the return of my money paid.

I am extremely pleased with the products I purchased and the service provided. The fragrance ois are high quality and smell delicious. Hard to find these ones elsewhere so I will definitely be back for more!

Very disappointing experience. My first order was amended without any communication from the company forthcoming and I received no response to my email requesting information as to why. My second order simply did not arrive. After it did not turn up within the stated four working days I was initially asked to wait until the end of the second working week before any action could be taken. As the order did not arrive by the end of that week I was then asked to wait until a full ten days had expired before being able to request a dispatch. The full ten days expired, I was then informed that the main item I had requested was now out of stock and I'd have to potentially wait until mid September until it was available again. Not the best of shopping experiences I'm afraid.

Some mis communication problems but doesnt take away the quality and value of product

I've ordered a few times as I've always been very happy with the fragrances and waxes but I ordered on 16.7.18 and item wasn't posted until 24.7.18 with no explanation for delay. Also the wrong postage was applied on two previous occasions (sent as a 'large letter' instead of a 'small parcel') so it would just be a matter of time before I would have to pay the £2.00 surcharge along with the extra cost for postage when the GPO notices this error.

Only tried one of the batch I ordered, but very pleased with it. Great scent.
