ordered xmas oils one has leaked i am missing two items i called you never got back to me or sent an email will not be ordering from you again very bad service.

I have purchased many of the fragrances oils for wax melts, and every scent is true to the flavors Well don craftovater!

My goods that were to be in stock on the 14th October still haven’t arrived

Havnt used goods yet but the packaging was very poor. When I opened the parcel the wax from the inner parcel spilled out everywhere as the bag contains the wax had not been sealed. However I am sure the goods will be fine.

Cant review the product yet, but I am sure it will be good, however then packaging was dreadful. When I carefully opened the parcel, the polythene bag containing the shredded wax was open and the contents had spilled inside the parcel, all over me and the floor. Not a good start to my new project...

Then didn’t reply to my feedback email or answer the customer services number.

Bought the Water slide decals as the site clearly stated it can be used on candles and sealed with an acrylic spray. So I ordered a pack as I want to produce some candles for retail. I then had a thought, what would happen if a flame got close to the sprayed image? How flammable was it. So, I emailed a manufacturer who strongly advised against it. So basically they are useless to me and I think you should remove the word ‘candle’ in the sales bit. If using on a glass encased candle that should be safe but I wanted the photo on the actual candle itself. Hence not happy. I need something that works with out a sealer now.

I have tried Craftovator on 3 separate occasions and each time my order was late or missing items. The oils they produce are great but their customer service is truly lacking and I won't be spending with them again.

I am a new customer i used to by my products from another company then I found this one and love this one a lot more ! The prices are amazing! And the fragrances are gorgeous great communication with the company and fast delivery really happy I found these guys

I have had the misfortune of being a customer. Wrong sizes sent (10ml when I paid for 100ml), being lied to about the correct size being sent and eventually being given a refund. Never in my life have I come suchb a dreadful company. Buyer beware. You do not get what you paid for and customer service is incompetent at best

It took 3 weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did arrive the postage was short and I had to pay the post office the difference to have it posted to me. Apart from that my order was decal paper and is ideal for my new business.

I found the delivery awful, i paid for next day delivery but it didnt turn up until a week and a half later. I emailed twice but nobody got back to me so i had to ring up. Granted I got money back for the extra i paid for next day delivery but then when the products came i still couldnt get them as i had to pay the delivery service extra money for postage as there wasn’t enough on it so had to rearrange delivery and pay an extra fee. All in all a bad experience for me that wasn’t made any easier!
