My outdoor grill on my 2008 Sea Ray was tripping the GFI so I contacted Kenyon. I figured the part I needed would be obsolete and would probably be purchasing a new grill. My call was answered immediately and was transferred to tech support who diagnosed the problem right away and sent me the link to the part I needed. He also described how to install the part (heating element) and then called back to make sure I received the link he sent to my email. I received the part in two days and after a 30 minute installation my grill was fixed. I rarely encounter customer service on this level!
I have the topless inteitouch grille, very happy with its performance and cooks great. The flat top accessory is great and the silicone lid is great and easily cleaned. My only caveat is if the touch area gets wet, the unit goes into error and can be annoying if it shuts off mid grilling
Working with Kenyon on replacement part was easy. Frank was great. Part worked as intended. Part seemed fairly reasonable for pricing of an OEM part.

I broke my glass top by dropping a hammer on it. I was able to get a new top and clear instructions very quickly

I needed to replace the heating elements on both of my portable grills after 3 years. Although I did not think three years was a reasonable time for these premium bar-b-que’s to break down, I did not have a problem with the 71.00/ element. However, the shipping cost of 137.00 for a 2 lb parcel to Hawaii is robbery. I attempted to call the customer service area to see if there was a way to reduce the shipping, but was told to just order on line. That is the way it is done.
Kenyon customer service has been great. First they helped track down my delivery on our new grill. Then they promptly replied when I was searching for a grill cover.
Kenyon's recommended GFCI for the 220 volt feed line on vessel would not work. Found one that simply wired on the 14/3 feed on Amazon.
