Just bought and used the griddle for my Kenyon grill. Works as advertised and it has expanded what and how I cook on the boat. Great product; highly recommended.

Love the griddle insert for the boat! We replaced the standard grill insert. A must purchase. No limit in what you can cook or reheat now. Great quality too.

I've already been in touch with Kenyon customer support. The cover is not sized properly. It need a bigger flap to fully cover the electronics and a skirt around the other 3 sides of a few inches to cover the grill as it is inlayed into a countertop. The current cover design doesn't protect the grill/electronics from the weather. Customer Support was awesome when I reported this. They are in the process of a re-design which I look forward to seeing.

Complies with 'no flame' rules on the balcony. Is far superior to all other small electric grills available. Quality 'overbuilt' construction. Cooking is predictable and consistent. First one on my block. Envy of all my friends. Seriously, a serious kitchen tool.

The non stick coating does not stay on the grate

This is my second Kenyon grill. The first one got soaked in salt water after five years of dependable cooking. Sears steaks and chops beautifully. Excellent heat control. Get the disposable aluminum drip trays. It makes cleaning much easier along with the non-stick coating on the grill. Perfect for RV’s and boats.

Customer service department was excellent. Explain to me in detail what I needed to know and the communication in terms of shipping was just as excellent.

We purchased knobs for the cook top so those are just fine but I received feedback from some of our hotel guests that the cooktops do take a while to get hot. So only good not great.

Easy to clean, temperature range is great, heating element surpasses expectations for and indoor grill. Came quickly. Very pleased.

Love the grill, works at both places i have. Can’t use open flame. Wish I can the charcoal flavor - suggestions?
