Was disappointed with the product

Excellent service and product. Great communication and prompt delivery.

We have used the Elfa system previously, that is why we chose it this time. We have not had the time to unpack the items as yet as it arrived just prior to Xmas. However it should be as good as the Elfa system in our walk in robe. This system will be installed in our linen press.

Your emails asking for a review are getting a bit tedious. Seriously. You can ask once maybe twice but not every day. So please stop. Yes product is fine. So was postage and delivery. But stop you are becoming a nuisance

A little disappointed in the bedside cabinet, while it is well-constructed there was no actual colour variations like the pics advertised ie green, blues etc. I know you say it can differ but there is no actual colours in mine, just different types of wood used. As for the chests of drawers x2. The drawers are nice and deep but I can't use the feet as one of them would not screw into the leg no matter what I tried, so to look even I couldn't use any feet at all. I like the product but shame about the feet.

Works perfectly for my needs

Overall the ordering and delivery process was very good and the product assembly was easy however I would have liked to see a maximum load capacity, in kg, even if only approximate, as the products I purchased are definitely not designed to cope with larger logs, only kindling and chopped wood for smaller fireplaces. That said, you are not the only site who does not provide maximum load capacity and I definitely need that, and wheels, for the storage that I want for our bigger logs. The pine unit looks good with the kindling in it though, and it's very easy to move, which is what I wanted.

Came pretty quickly

The sliding metal shelf is great but the plastic shelf base was damaged. It looks to be a 2nd hand unit. Maybe stock was short over Xmas.

Delivery speed was good. The table has some marks on it. But it was cheap, so we weren't expecting perfection. The assembly instructions were too slapdash - they need to be clearer. Again though, you get what you pay for, and this is a cheap product. Actually pretty good value
