The rack didn’t fit exactly where I wanted it and didn’t come with all the required brackets. I have now ordered them through Howard’s storage world. On your website you need to say what attachments are required. Such as this rack requires A + B.

Very happy with my purchase and delivery

Was smooth

It arrived promptly and everything was there to put it together. Very happy

.

Terrible wafer thin flat pack panels. One of the panels tore at the corner while putting it together without much force. Disappointed.

Instructions could have been a bit clearer but the product is hreat

I haven’t made a review yet because waiting for somebody to put the greenhouse up for me. My plan is to do the review after that so please stop sending me reminders. I know I’m going to do it when I’ve put the green house up

Very easy straightforward shopping experience. The item was delivered to my home which is rare as I’m in a rural area and not many deliveries actually come directly to my home. The item is great quality and exactly what I ordered. Very happy with my purchase

The directions were generally clear. Real timber is nice. Although the top & bottom bits don’t match terribly well colour wise. One of the final screws I had to join the top & bottom was threaded. Just would not tighten. Hard with one person to slot the shelves in before screwing in - inconsistent fits. To top it off, the courier “Global International Freight” or whatever aka Toll is now, delivered it to the wrong address causing me to have to go & pick it up from a neighbour, luggage a 17kg package down her stairs, into my car, then unload it at my house. It’s 101, not 111! Definitely wished I had the right Allen key bit for my drill. Small pilot holes for the metal attached at the end would have been handy too.

Great company to deal with 👍

Great shipping and service Highly recommend

Fast shipping and easy to build. Extra hardware to build which is great especially with small screws etc. Finished product exactly like image shown and great price point. Will purchase more as we continue with renovations. Highly recommend.

Fast delivery within a few days from placing my order . Extremely happy either way my purchase

The unit is fabulous, Exactly the same on line. Instructions are easy to follow. Just have your own drill/ screw driver. Quality for my money.
