Excellent service

Got the sides together pretty easy but when it came to the roof was a totally different story. Tried to follow the very limited instructions to no avail. No matter how we tried to put the roof on, connecting it in all different ways it would not fit. We tried for hours to get it to work and ended up getting pretty peeved about it and gave up. Ended up making a makeshift half roof on the structure which works fine. I feel that the roof was actually made faulty and there was no way anyone could have gotten it to work, I’m very disappointed as I had to go out and purchase a different tarp to go over for the roof. The mesh was low quality and had to repair some areas as it was wired on.

Kicking myself. Saw the bad reviews but decided to give a chance as the item was what I had been looking for. Terrible instructions. Struggling to put it together. Wish I had spent extra money on a better product. Delivery was prompt though. Maybe when we finally get it all together I can update this review.

I put in my order on the 2rd of may still had not received it on the 20th so l email you you send out another one that day and l received it 2 days later just wondering if the first one was ever send but l was told it was so if so why haven't 2 turn up

I am an elderly lady and so asked a friend to assemble it. Well,several hours and another friend later it was together bu the door does not hang correctly and needs holding it up to close the door. The instructions did not come with numbers parts to guide assembly either
