I am disappointed that my goods were not delivered to my door as expected. I had to go and collect at our local Newsagent who was not impressed at having 2 large heavy boxes in his tiny shop waiting for collection. He also had to carry them to my car as each box weighed approximately 26 kg. I am a75 year old 60kg lady. No more from this company for me.

I have purchased a few times through Complete Storage Solutions. Each time shopping online was very easy and the delivery was very prompt. The products have been exactly as described. I highly recommend buying your storage solutions through them. I know I will in the future.

Delivery driver would not lift boxes up one flight of stairs at my apartment, despite having a wheeled furniture trolley that the boxes were loaded onto. I've just had surgery so can't lift anything. So I can't even see the quality of what's inside until I can find someone to come and lift the boxes into my apartment. Extremely poor. I didn't pay for shipping to have the boxes left downstairs
