Common furniture’s customer service is very impressive and not just by online standards. When everything is automated, I was quite surprised by how quick their turnaround time was with any questions I had. I called the day after Thanksgiving with a question and an actual human being called me back within two hours. Unheard of just about any other company.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Coleman Furniture. I ordered two L-shaped desks, and their process leading up to delivery was very thorough. They did a great job setting expectations, confirming details, and communicating clearly prior to delivery, which I really appreciated. The first desk arrived as scheduled, and communication up to that point was outstanding. Unfortunately, the second L-shaped desk arrived damaged. To Coleman Furniture’s credit, the issue was identified and addressed promptly at the time, and the replacement process was initiated. That said, communication regarding the replacement desk has gone quiet over the holidays. I understand this is a busy time of year, so I’m hoping to hear back from them soon with an update on timing. Based on how well everything was handled initially, I’m optimistic this will be resolved smoothly. Once the replacement is completed, I’d be happy to update this review.
