This was my first couch I've bought to furnish my new apartment. I am so happy with it! It looks amazing in the living room and it is so comfortable. The color and texture of the couch is very high quality and cozy. The couch appears exactly as advertised. The delivery was quick and I was very satisfied with the company's communication.

Very disappointed. The plug bank was installed crooked and the black contrast against the white desk exacerbates the issue. Given the cost and wait for delivery this was very disappointing. I'd return it if I could! The delivery however was on time and very professional. It's a shame this issue wasn't noticed prior to shipment otherwise it would be an easy 5-star rating and you would have a repeat customer. . .
