The couch took about a month to arrive, and delivery was smooth. The couch was very easy to put together and it’s gorgeous! The hardest part of the whole thing was getting rid of my current couch, and breaking down the giant boxes.

Delivery men very nice and conscientious. It can exactly when stated.

Shipping was great. Delivery and installation by Milton and partner were wonderful. Kept me up on when he was coming. Time frame of 3 hrs, but then Milton called and said he would be here withing 1/2 hr. He was here and delivered. Very pleasant and efficient.

Delivery was a breeze, couldn't be happier

Shipping was lack luster as they didn't unpack the chairs and we had to dispose of the bulky packing. MY GF loves the chairs, but I hated putting them together. The back's sides come unassembled and because the metal fittings were not flared, and the extra padding of the pieces made it that much more difficult to assemble, taking 30 minutes. Just my luck, I had two to put together.
