Like the furniture, do not like how long it took to be delivered 40 days does not seem reasonable to me. The youn men who installed the units were great. two center piece shelves were damaged and on bookshelf unit was damaged. customer service was willing to replace the shelves and we took a small discount for the damage on the bookshelf unit. It did take some discussion to come to an agreement, if they come through with the shelves I might be willing to increase the number of stars, but right now I am thinking 3 1/2 to 4 stars.

Prompt delivery. Kept me informed all along the way via texts and phone calls. Quick delivery into the house at my specified location. Removed all packing materials/debris. Excellent service. Will order again.

We have enjoyed our new couch and love the amount of space on it. The cushions are soft and the color came as advertised. We had no issues with shipping and delivery, and the install was pretty minimal. I would recommend Coleman Furniture if you're looking for quality at an affordable price.
