Delivery and assembly was amazing. I live the couch but i wish the ottoman lifted and the back pillows were removable. Other than those two things i just adore this couch

FedEx dropped the big box of my two barstools in the front of my garage, and the bottom of one corner was banged and torn, but thank God, the inside had Styrofoam and thick cardboard.
