The shirt arrived promptly and I was pleased. The dress didn’t arrive for WEEKS; I actually assumed it had been cancelled and that I would eventually receive a refund. I was shocked when it arrived!

hefty shipping and return fees, the ads for free shipping based on subscription seem a bit underhanded. Other companies offer free shipping. At least returns and exchanges should be free

Took quite a while to receive. Other tops I purchased were made out of extremely thin material. They are definitely dropping in quality. Not worth the money unless on sale. I wonder how long they will last?
