Rarely get updates on delivery so it's a surprise when orders show up!

Shipping was pretty quick.

Great products excellent customer service

Love Cold Water Creek

Service reps didn’t know a lot about returns with no printer available,

Good quality merchandise and prompt shipping

I am very satisfied

Returns are slow.

Very easy to return at my local Post Office.

Shipping was fast.

This order shipped quickly. Thenk you!!!

Love It!!!

Item was as described. Fast shipping. Usually pleased with my purchases from Coldwater Creek.

Shipping timelines have improved.

I love Coldwater Creek clothes. Well made, nice variety, great styles. The online store makes it easy to return, but not as easy as when trying them on in the store and deciding before buying. Biggest reason not to give 5 stars is that you send WAY too many emails.

Slow shipping but love the styles.

Very good all around

Shipping was faster than expected. I like the decorative mailing envelopes!

I would purchase more if Coldwater had a free shipping offer for orders over a certain threshold. Most other website have that offer and I shop those more frequently.

Excellent
