I debated between two or three stars and went with the three because the clothes are quality. However, I’m still trying to figure out how they can sell clothes they apparently don’t actually have in stock. I’ve only received two of the five items I’ve ordered, two of the items were at the beginning of March!

Package usually arrive in a couple of weeks. The return's are easy, if the fit isn't right. Coldwater Creek is my favorite clothes outlet to purchase from. 👍👍

I generally like CWC products and service, but one area you could improve--if something is back-ordered and has been for a long time (like months), I wish you would reach out and let the customer know. I ordered the Noella sneakers in the teal color last fall! I had to call customer service TWICE to find out the status of my order. It seems like you could easily send an email acknowledging that the merch is back-ordered and might take awhile to arrive. Thanks! PS, I finally received the sneakers.
