The service is excellent but order well before you need your item. The shipping is really slow and I ordered a month before Easter and it arrived 2 days before Easter. I love every purchase from Coldwater Creek just know that it will take a while to receive ordered items.

I have only returned one item. I had to pay shipping back. I waited weeks after I returned it for my refund and I had to call to get it.

Took a long time to get these. I ordered in November and received in March. I got emails asking me how I liked my purchase when I hadn't even received them yet. I had to call a couple of times for status. Would have been nice to have been given status without having to ask for it all the time.
