Everyone at Coldie Holdie was super responsive! I had to reach out several times for questions, clarification, etc and I never had a difficult time reaching someone to answer! I did the delayed production as I placed my order well in advance of my wedding date, but they ensured my order arrived weeks before our wedding! The koozies were great quality and exactly what I wanted! Would highly recommend this company for all of your orders and I will be using this company again!

We ordered the two sides “And they rode happily ever after” motorcycle cup! We had to make a change to the original layout and they honored it without question. Specifically, our ceremony and reception are on two separate days with different audiences, so we asked the Month Year instead of Month Day Year of ceremony. It was absolutely perfect! The 12oz cup is a perfect size for the reception party, not too big and the size is the perfect feeling in your hand, without being too big, like the 16 oz! Would definitely buy these again.

I reached out to customer service a few weeks ago and haven’t heard back. My cups were supposed to be the same size. They’re two different sizes.

At first for the price I thought it was a scam. Honestly I was wrong, they had the mock up of our design to us in under 24 hours. Once approved I think they were delivered in less than 7 days. They did multiple colors for us with no upcharge and they are very good quality. Perfect addition for our wedding day.
