Everyone loved the koozies

The product was perfect when it arrived. But delivery was very delayed. I had to call three times before it was shipped. This caused unnecessary stress. Otherwise was happy with the product.

INCREDIBLE customer service!! This is the 2nd year we’ve used this business and we couldn’t be happier. We had to order last minute this year and they fulfilled our last second needs quickly and effectively!! I love that when you call, you get right ahold of a customer service rep! We order for a charity golf outing and are happy to work with them ! It’s a great company and I will happily support them for years to come!

The customer service is terrible and when I called about my order that was supposed to to ship it didn’t ship until almost a week after I was told and the lady hung up on me. I will not be placing a order with them anymore

Koozies were great they smelled due to the printing so everyone’s hands smell. Had to pay a rush charge to get them for my event. These details would have been helpful at time of ordering. No processing times estimated or knowledge that the order was not going to be ready when needed.

Coldie Holdie did not disappoint. Exactly what I was looking for and fast. The wedding got canceled and that sucks but I will never run out of coldie hoodies.

I would recommend Coldie Holdie to anyone who is looking to have anything custom made! I ordered koozies as favors for my June 2025 wedding and the quality of the koozie and printing was top notch! The staff are easy to work with as well - I emailed countless times with questions and received an email back within hours normally.
