Awesome customer service! I had issues getting my order correct (my issue) and the team at Coldie Holdie were amazing! I was able to get my order on time and it was perfect. They’ve earned a customer for life!

The whole experience was awful. The order was not correct and the final product was incorrect. The person answering the phone was rude!

Although there was a little mishap with not having product in stock. Once I was in communication with the customer service team in regards to the issue, they were very responsive and accurate with timeframes in which it would be completed and shipped. Overall very happy with the koozies, especially since they were one of the select few companies that had both colors we needed! Can’t wait to have them on display on our wedding day!

Preview was not what was ordered at all. Took several emails to get right and still were printed in the wrong color

Me being a procrastinator waited a bit too long to order coozies for our daughter’s wedding. I was glad to pay the rush charges but was worried we wouldn’t get them in time.

Our coldie holdies came out perfectly!! They are so well made and so cute. We can’t wait to have them for our big day. We love the multiple designs you can choose or the fact you and make it your own. Our only issue was delivery and it wasn’t the company’s fault but the postal service. They almost lost them but we tracked them down

The quality is great, the material is thick and the design is sharp :) Thank you for your help! We love them!! Shipping was as mentioned with no hiccups or problems. All we had to do was put our order in and relax.
