This is my first time ordering from here and I will say, I will probably never order from them again. I ordered something on February 1st and it would not ship for the longest time till I finally called and asked what happened with my order and they proceeded to tell me it would be 25-35 business days which, to begin with, is absolutely insane. Then when it finally shipped, it was shipped to Illinois and stayed there for about 3 weeks, I called them repeatedly after they would not do anything about it. After filing a lost package claim, they didn’t apologize or anything and told me to wait 8 days and if it didn’t move they would just send me another one. I don’t have a problem with that but I have seen multiple good reviews about this place, each saying they were delivered almost immediately and to be told 25-35 business days is crazy to me considering I STILL don’t have my package after 2 months of ordering it. I will never be ordering from this place EVER again.
