I love getting my monthly subscription boxes. My only 3 pieces of feedback for improvement are: 1. Shipping issues - I have gotten 2 boxes over 2 weeks into the month which is frustrating and somewhat defeats the purpose of having a subscription if boxes arrive so late into the month. Suggestion: ship boxes out in the last week or of the month so that they arrive the first week of the month for subscribers 2. The December box included a Pentel Mattehop blue pen which I was so excited to get since it writes on transparent stickers -- unfortunately, the pen I got is defective. It only writes about 3 letters then the pen dies/runs out of ink. I don't want to pay for shipping to return and exchange the pen; is there any way to replace this pen? 3. Reviews can't be submitted via email. I receive emails from C&P asking for me to review a product, I fill this out in the email it's self and when I click "submit review" I am taken to an external page where I have to retype my review. . . I continue to be a huge fan of C&P - thank you for all that you do!

Love most of the products but one pen of the December intention box was disappointing. From the very beginning it didn’t write and I can basically toss it :( it’s the Pentel Mattehop, love the rest though
