Overall, I am satisfied with my order, although it was not without some issues. The products themselves meet my expectations and work well for everyday use. However, the quality of some items could be slightly better. The text on the monthly dividers is a bit uneven and poorly printed. Considering the price, I expected a bit of a higher standard. Additionally, the vinyl cover arrived dented and scratched, which I understand was most likely due to problems on the delivery's side. (The package was heavily damaged and dirty upon arrival, and the delivery itself was problematic. ) In my opinion, it may be worth considering cooperation with a courier company other than DPD. Despite these things, the journal fulfills its purpose and is very comfortable to use, which is ultimately the most important aspect for me.

There were some inconsistencies in quality, but customer service has been amazing so far assisting. I really enjoy the products, but many items sell out quickly, or are on long turn around times. I hope as expansion grows, quality stays, and higher qualities could provide some more approachable price points, or even more bundle offers as they are a nice affordable option for newer customers looking to try out different sizes.

I am a happy long time C&P fan (a little over nine years). Customer service is second to none, products do grown folks without being stuffy and the planner workshops for subscribers are just impeccable.

My order was for some specialty items for a pen I already owned to give it an upgrade. Cloth & Paper provided exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion. They were one of the few places that had the item I needed in stock. The packaging my items came in were very nice. They even provided a nice customer service perk of some free planner accent stickers. I enjoy shopping on their website and seeing their wild selection of planning items.
