I watch the live reveal on youtube each month to see if I want to keep or skip the next box and so far I've had 3 boxes since subscribing and really looking forward to the next one. I am in London, UK so it does travel a long way, so far only one box a little dented, but all items inside were perfect (perhaps bio degradable packing peanuts for international orders might be considered?) Happy that I took a leap of faith and can see a lovely, unique collection of good quality lifestyle support items find their place in my home.

I had some issues with my original order. i emailed customer service about it and Mae really went out of her way to make things right. I really appreciated that so much. She recognized my concerns and did not disregard them. Definitely a class act. Well done. The product quality is excellent. Their selection is unique (I searched everywhere for a specific planner and only Cloth and Paper had exactly what I needed). I highly recommend trying out their planners and accessories.

My package arrived in a folded mess. As far as the product, the pocket plus cover barely fits anything, how is it plus, I have no idea.
