Great customer service and shipping

Everything arrived in perfect condition und looks amazing. Very happy and was worth the wait (wait was because of shipping from the US to Germany)

I received my products in a very quick time. Customer service was not needed due to the quality of the packaging in the quick arrival. Look forward to using my products for year 2027.

Love it

Okay. Not great. Overpriced for some of the subscription boxes that I received. I switched to a Filofax, beautifully made and classic.

Ordering was super easy, shipping was fast and the products are simply beautiful!!

I have been a lurker for years but once I tired of my prior setup I finally made the switch for 2027 and the slim traveler has been added to my setup. I am enjoying setting it up and look forward to putting it to use!

I love Cloth & Paper’s simple, elegant style! Their planner accessories fit my taste beautifully and make organizing my planner even more enjoyable.

Loved the idea of being updated from beginning to even after receiving 👍

I am trying out new spreads each week, combining diy printed templates along with cloth and paper items. I love how easy it is to customize my planner, giving me the opportunity to be creative and spend intentional time looking forward to the weeks and months ahead. The dot and spotlight stickers are always a favorite, and the olive green flutted dashboard cover is so much fun. Such a simple item that brings me joy when I flip through my pages. I’ve been waiting on purchasing the tortoise large and small stickers, but happy to have finally pulled the trigger. The multi color page flags are smaller than I except but this turned out to be a happy accident as they are easier to incorporate with my daily spreads. Adding color without being too much of one thing. This is the first order where I have purchased “old” dated spreads in the hopes to save some money and force some extra creativity to utilize my many accessories (page flags, spotlight stickers, dots stickers and more). My schedule is always changing and I love the options I have.

Excellent service to match an excellent product. I purchased the Vinyl TN cover for my 2027 Faded Chronicle planner, blank notebooks, accessories and inserts for my ring planner. The items all came so nicely wrapped and are such incredible quality. On one of my orders - I inadvertently bought the wrong size. Communication was great and the exchange seamless. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I always have an amazing experience with Cloth & Paper. Anytime I am looking for high-end stationary, I always buy from them. From the quality to the selction, I can always find what I need

I love this CP Modular agenda. I keep opening and closing it just cause it’s so cute.

It has all been perfect in terms of customer service.
