Great customer service. Response time was within timeframe stated and they address all my needs. I had a general question, received a damaged product and had issues with using rewards on my order. Jay responded to each of my questions overall resolving all my issues. The damaged product was still functional but they insisted on sending me a new one anyway. I’ve been a subscriber for 7montha and this is my first time having to reach out. No regrets and Jay was happy to assist me. Thank you for the assistance 😊

Love the product and the feel. . the packets reached india in perfect shape. . loving filling it up and trying all versions of the agenda. . Will sit and figure the subscription and whether a monthly copier works. . or better to club them together. . I think u need to give ur international subscriber that clubbing option
