I specifically purchased the Cliganic Organic Jojoba Oil to help with long term problems of extreme breakage, dryness, split ends and hair feeling brittle. I seen a significant improvement with my hair after the very first time of applying this oil. Instantly my hair was soft, more manageable, no more dryness or feeling brittle and there was a significant improvement with hair loss! Product is easy to apply and I like that just a little of this oil is needed to get results. Since I was new to using this oil I wanted to make sure I understood how long to leave on hair so I reached out to customer service. I received a quick, friendly and very informative response. Shipping went great, product was well packaged and arrived as stated. So glad I found this product!!

Sent in a question last week and have not heard back, so returning the product.

I love the product and have used Rosehip seed oil for such a long time. The last large bottle I purchased went bad, two years before the best before date. I had 3/4 of a bottle left and had to dispose of it. I did reach out to the company but they were not willing to back up their product. I will be purchasing from a reliable company going forward.

These products are such a refreshing change from my normal routine. The way the oils feel on my face and skin are beyond comparison to any other product. I don't feel or look greasy, just moisturized and glowing. The product lasts a long time and I feel like it's the right thing for me. The customer service is also very helpful.

Your packaging did not include an at risk warning label for pregnant women. Your company needs to do their research to ensure it is safe during pregnancy. I had to look up the facts myself. Now I will be concerned if the toxins reached the baby. Your product is not completely safe and the company should have been responsible to forewarn pregnant women beforehand.

I appreciate the quality of the oils but I don’t feel the checkout process is user friendly. The customer is automatically selected for authorship which has to realized and opted out before check out. It’s very easy to be trapped into future orders totally unaware!
