Irished out of the product that Amazon is selling that was stolen for me basically because I paid for it but the box was empty but because the outside box was sealed they refused to replace it I was asked for an order number I got the order number I know I'm just waiting like nothing no replies no get back to me know we're working on it we're trying I don't want anything that's free but I don't want to pay for things when there are people out there stealing it and we're paying for it and they're getting away with it and we're the ones here waiting to have money to purchase something again not fair now why I'm left with no response with no results with no product and with no money

Very very fishy unable to use. Asked for refund and was denied.

The adhesive is terrible and falls off immediately. It is pretty embarrassing to find the mosquito stickers (that have fallen off) on the trail that say “protect the environment”. Terrible product and a complete waste of money. I regret buying so many.

I didn't receive item and tracking never updated. I ended up cancelling item.

I made an order and for over 2 weeks, didn't hear a thing. I reached out to ask what is going on. A few days later I got a response that the product was out of stock. Not sure why it took so long and why I had to reach out instead of being told this way earlier. I'm thankful for the refund, but am disappointed in the communication. I was looking forward to trying the product, but it is hard to make an order again after that experience.

Your customer service is terrible. The time it takes you to respond and the responses are awful. That it took you this long to return a response that it is the same product is ridiculous. Your company you should know. Better yet your website should state.

Terrible customer service. Emailed back and forth over a week on a product issue. Waited days for responses. Kept getting the same canned responses as if no one was actually reading my messages. Doesn't stand behind their products.

I never received my oil because someone along the way remove the oil and put the empty box inside the Amazon sealed box Amazon wouldn't replace or refund and cliganic did nothing about it so I lost the money I lost the oil never got to try it or use it if anyone's going to buy it please don't do it off of Amazon because cliganic won't back you if you lose
