Bought a pumpkinseed oil and the inside container was almond oil. Still waiting to hear back from customer support. Would like to get a replacement.

Loved my first purchase …did much research on benefits of Castor oil…the constant must was that it was organic,hexane free and in a dark glass bottle. First purchase was…opened my back up and was in a plastic bottle. Asked for refund or replacement, no answer!

It arrived completely destroyed and soaked in liquid—a total disaster.

Not willing to solve a customer's issue regardless of the purchase site is unacceptable to me.

I specifically purchased the Cliganic Organic Jojoba Oil to help with long term problems of extreme breakage, dryness, split ends and hair feeling brittle. I seen a significant improvement with my hair after the very first time of applying this oil. Instantly my hair was soft, more manageable, no more dryness or feeling brittle and there was a significant improvement with hair loss! Product is easy to apply and I like that just a little of this oil is needed to get results. Since I was new to using this oil I wanted to make sure I understood how long to leave on hair so I reached out to customer service. I received a quick, friendly and very informative response. Shipping went great, product was well packaged and arrived as stated. So glad I found this product!!

Sent in a question last week and have not heard back, so returning the product.

I love the product and have used Rosehip seed oil for such a long time. The last large bottle I purchased went bad, two years before the best before date. I had 3/4 of a bottle left and had to dispose of it. I did reach out to the company but they were not willing to back up their product. I will be purchasing from a reliable company going forward.

Normalmente, los pedidos tardan entre 1–2 días en procesarse y luego el envío estándar toma unos pocos días adicionales , lo cual está dentro de lo esperado para compras online. En mi caso, el paquete llegó bien empaquetado y en buen estado, sin daños ni problemas con el producto. Eso siempre suma puntos.

These products are such a refreshing change from my normal routine. The way the oils feel on my face and skin are beyond comparison to any other product. I don't feel or look greasy, just moisturized and glowing. The product lasts a long time and I feel like it's the right thing for me. The customer service is also very helpful.
